This I plan to present to the 'Nike' company. However firstly I would like to get it copyrighted in the case of them stealing my idea (although this is not likely to happen.) I would like to find out how I go about getting this copyright and if it is possible to do this using a brand name. I would be most grateful if you could inform me further on this matter. The odds are that Nike won't look at or will refuse to look unless you sign what I call, "A Waiver of the American Flag". That is you agree to tell without any confidentiality. If you have a patent then you may have them if it is good. Now if you know one of the top officers you may be able to make a deal. I was in a conference where my client knew the president of one of the big divisions of a Fortune 500 company. The general counsel kept on saying no, but president did sign the confidentiality agreement because he had the power to override the general counsel. There may be things that can be done but it is very tough. M. Arthur Auslander
