: I have an excellent idea using the brand name of 'Nike.' This I plan to present to the 'Nike' company. However firstly I would like to get it copyrighted in the case of them stealing my idea (although this is not likely to happen.) I would like to find out how I go about getting this copyright and if it is possible to do this using a brand name. I would be most grateful if you could inform me further on this matter.
