The actual documents list me (and other co-workers) as the authors of the documents; however, on the company web site the documents appear under co-authorship by one or more of the owners who had no connection with the actual creation of the document. I guess I don't understand how this can be done either legally or ethically. : : I understand that any work I write for my employer becomes the intellectual property of the company. Can a part owner of the company add his name to my work as a co-author if he has had no hand in the creation of the document?
