3. Care must be taken so that the names are not in conflict with any prominent trademarks or service marks.
Innocence, particularly acting as a student organization may cover, innocent mistakes up to a point. It is best, to avoid trouble in advance by having a better understanding of what and how,
even if risks are low.
Avoiding copyright infringement must also be factored in to what is done.
There must be clarity as to who owns what and written agreements as to what the company owns, and what the creator owns. What rights does the school own?
