The paper basically focusses on how important a role can the Alternative Disputes Resolution Mechanisms play in resolving the disputes pertaining to IPR's. IPR disputes, where time is the most important factor could be resolved more efficiently by resorting to ADR Mechanisms rather than being dependent upon the traditional litigation system. The paper aims to highlight the pros and cons of resorting to ADR Mechanisms in IP Disputes. |
