One thing to keep in mind whether you are an attorney or an inventor (especially inventors), is to make sure that you or your attorney are/is not submitting a ton of claims in defining the invention. Unless it is absolutely necessary to define your invention with that many claims, it is not advisable to submit an excess amount of claims.
